Last season the main competition for Haaland was Harry Kane, but as far as I understand he will be playing in a different league next season... So probably Haaland will remain the top scorer in the EPL, because he scores twice as much as the others... I would like to see new strikers at other clubs, maybe then Man City will have a good opponent...
I'm not sure which striker and from which team you'd like to talk about as a potential competitor for Haaland next season, but there's definitely going to be. Haaland was unstoppable last season, but I think his form can change from season to season. I'm not sure he'll score 2x as many goals as last season, but I think his average goals scored over the course of a season will still be above 30.
So far I still believe Harry Kane will stay at Tottenham so he will remain a competitor for Haaland. If in the end Bayern Munich agrees to some of Tottenham's special demands for Kane, then I think another striker will be on the front lines for the top scorer title. Manchester United, Newcastle, Chelsea and Liverpool all have great strikers, maybe one of them will be a great competitor for Haaland.
Harry Kane is the best striker in the EPL,and it won't be nice to lose such striker.I love the fact that Totteham placed a very high price on him so they will find it difficult to meet that price tag.Bayern are really very eager to get a deal done for him,knowing how good the player is,they are expected to come up with another bid that might get close to Tottenham's valuation of the player,but I still believe with you that the deal will not materialise,reason being that the period in the transfer window is now getting short,and Totthenham won't be able to get a player in the caliber of Kane,therefore,they will do everything possible to keep him at the club,even if they will be at risk of losing him for free next season.I also think Salah will get to his best next season,and will be able to compete with Haaland for the golden boot.It would be nice if about three or four players are competing fiercely for that golden boot next season,and I would love it if Gabriel Jesus of Arsenal is one of them.
