I don't quite understand the addition of Timelord2067 to DT1. There are about 7 DT1s that trust him and about 17 that distrust him. Didn't he drop out of DT2 because of that?

DT1 requirements give an opportunity to be elected even for those who have negative trust due other DT1 decisions. There are several each time as far as I know. But if they have negative number of those who trust them in DT1 they have no power anyway.
