If wallet dont run - try run with command line from windows.
This doesn't work and when you execute the wallet it installs something called radiocrypto, no idea what it is but doesn't sound good. If you tried the executable check your
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\radiointroductorypro
When we tested - all was ok.
But we check it one more time. And write here. Sorry
