Well now with them trying to delete everything they have online, does anyone know of a potential lawsuit or class action lawsuit? I still have screenshots of everything in my account prior to them going offline over a month ago. Hoping perhaps some of us with proof can take some sort of legal action to get our funds back.
One thing with this whole thing is that, even taking legal action against them involves you spending money, and if at the end of the day, such legal action did not help you recover your lost fund from them, it becomes a double loss..
And besides, who and who exactly can we say that are the owners of this casino ? for some reasons, owners of casino always stay anonymous, some say its so that they wont be attacked by gamblers who lost big on the site, but the fact remains that some of this casino owners still use this excuse as a free ticket to scam and while remaining anonymous, reason why it is always advised to never leave big funds on your casino account.
