Hey, I rarely report, so I need help, and I'm sorry if is off-topic.

There are some members who promote their services in all their posts without intending to discuss, and so all posts are considered spam because there is no intention to discuss here. For example, these accounts:

 - Grace366 (rwaltz.com SPAM)
 - Vivageneviv (Bitget SPAM) alt (ananyabushra

What is the appropriate format for reporting such activity? I reported some posts and wrote in the report box that the user is spamming without intending to participate in the discussions check his other posts, but only one post was deleted without banning that account or deleting other posts.
Do such accounts deserve to be banned? And what is the appropriate formula.


Unfortunately, the number of such accounts is increasing day by day, and I do not think that using negative trust is an appropriate option.
