Forgive me but my Bitcoin was stolen from the Atomic wallet on the 3rd of June as part of a massive draining of funds globally from that wallet. I just wondered if there was any way to recover or block the address of the hacker ?
You can not freeze bitcoin in any Bitcoin address but if it is altcoin, altcoin developers can use their smart contract to freeze it. If hackers send your bitcoin to exchanges and you know what are the exchanges, you can open a support ticket with proofs to ask them freeze those coins for you.

It is hard as you must have evidence and I think the hacked amount should be big to be noticed by customer support staffs. Exchanges can do it with any user account on their exchanges but they need reasons to do it.
