Maybe a full redesigned website and hopefully some new unique features that we have never seen before. 3rd year anniversary with new or big upgrade in the system/website/features will be nice celebration
I honestly will be dissapointed if they only stop at redesigning, I mean there is nothing wrong with redesigned though but I kinda expect them to go wild with the 3.0 because this is a good chance to create some fresh idea that perhaps is being overlooked by another competitor site.
Probably some in house token or whatsoever like most competitor site has launched and I hope it wont be stopped at new features but also big promotions to celebrate the 3rd anniversary which will come in September if I remember it correctly.
So the 3rd anniversary is coming as well huh so it could be on the same day to launch the 3.0 otherwise there wont be any better date to launch it
