Chelsea played against Dortmund and the Chelsea players showed that they have become a more confident team. Nkunku was subbed off early in the game after he appeared to have had a contact injury, it made Chelsea supporters a bit scared that he may be out for some weeks, but later on while the game was on, he walked back to the field unassisted which was a good sign that the injury was not too serious. Mudryk is a player to watch out for next season, he looks to be more relaxed, and his pace is back. Chelsea will make Todd Boehly smile next season.
Chelsea game is quite interesting if we look at the comparison from their game last season. But so far the finishing is not that great considering the many chances they created but they failed to score. So Pochettino needs a few changes up front to be more aggressive in their goal productivity next season.
Chelsea has better stat compared with dortmund and i do agree with you that chelsea just lacks of proper finishing. Levy colwill has been getting golden chances many times but he was not able to maximize his chances. Glad to see that chelsea was able to make the score to be draw before the end of game. I can see that chelsea is always pushing but Sterling's performance is far from my expectation. He was always getting disposing the ball of once he received the ball.
Vlahovic has been a target for Pochettino in this transfer window and talks are continuing and it is hoped that a deal will be in place this week. Lukaku has been left out of Chelsea main squad because he is no longer Pochettino mainstay for next season so the transfer saga will be completed as soon as possible for the good of both parties.
Pochettino said nothing regarding vlahovic. He was not a target from pochettino. Pochettino has a better striker that can be targeted instead of him like rendal kolo muani but chelsea is not putting a new striker as a priority. Chelsea needs a new DM and goal keeper. It's caused by mid is still becoming a problem. I think that pochettino will determine whether club interested in signing vlahovic or not. The problem if juventus is putting the price very high for him which doesn't even make sense.
