First impression of the casino... I've made my first deposit (in Doge) 2 days ago and the amount isnt credited yet. How's that sound to you? I've been in the industry (online casino sites) since 2008 and i have never encounter a situation like this. Will you do anything about it. I have the transactions txid for everyone that might ask.
First of all, you have quoted the post unnecessarily. Your deposit has not yet been credited it might be for any of these 4 reasons:
1. The fund has not yet been sent from the exchange you sent.
2. The transaction has not yet been confirmed.
3. The site will check manually but not yet done.
4. The site is trying to scam (most probably).
Earlier they harass users who won a good amount. I think once any site arises any issue should avoid that.
I had a similar problem at the time and contacted the live support on the casino website. Did you contact support? They informed me that there were temporary technical difficulties which will be fixed soon. I have made several deposits so far and there are no problems. I have no problems with withdrawals now either.
