I won't expect something big from chelsea in the first week of EPL. Even though chelsea was just a few months squad but bookies have been seeing chelsea as an equal competitor for liverpool.
There's only a slight gap between chelsea's odds compared with liverpool. I think that drawing is also possible but i can't deny that if liverpool has advantage in the superiorities compared with chelsea in term of experience in EPL.
