It is undeniable that Real Madrid really needs a new striker who is very capable and competent to replace Benzema. With the current squad, I admit that RealMadrid will not be able to survive in the UCL. UCL includes many big clubs which this season they have really started quite well with their respective squad arrangements. However, it seems that Real Madrid is still not optimal. They are not so strong anymore up front, even though that is their spear of attack. Indeed, conditions were very different when Benzema started getting injured and even now he has moved. front line realmadrid really decreased.
That's why they need Mbappe to be the most appropriate replacement for Benzema. If this happens, then Real Madrid will really get up and go strong again.
Benzema departure is hugh loss for Real Madrid, however they got some backup players that would try their best to suit in. Real Madrid maintains Kylian Mbappe as their ultimate transfer target, and they have everything they need to sign him, even if it means waiting one season before eventually signing him, because they have been waiting for this imperative talent for years. Real Madrid will absolutely survive this season without Kylian Mbappe, they have been successful for years, even when Zinedine Zidane departed, they survived, even when their best player, Cristiano Ronaldo left, Los Blancos still survived, we all know that Surviving means winning.
@borovichox Real Madrid this season has to do more then just survive because last season they didn’t win the La Liga or the champions league hence their fan’s won’t be happy if they don’t win either of the two this season. Also coming back to Mbappe I’ll stick to my previous statement i.e. Real Madrid will make a very small bid for him towards the end of the window which will be most likely accepted by PSG as they’re not keen to lose Mbappe for free.
