I don't think Felix would be signed permanently considering Atletico Madrid ask too much money for his transfer fee. Maybe he would be loaned again. If he doesn't then I think Morata will be the leaving one. Maybe he would return to Italy if there is still interest from there.
Joao Felix couldn't do anything when he was returned by Chelsea, in fact his arrival was not well received by Atletico Madrid so that he will be a loan player again at another club next season.
