There is no doubt that Manchester City is a very strong team. Last season was a season to remember for them. They won the Champions League title for the first time, together they won the treble. And yet Manchester City's squad is very strong. As Guardiola hasn't made too many changes to the squad, we can expect a consistent performance from Manchester City next season as well.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal are spending big to strengthen their squads. Undoubtedly, their target will be the title next season. And so it will not be an easy task for Manchester City to dominate the Premier League next season. The Premier League will become more competitive next season. It is impossible to predict which team will be champions before the start of the season.
I think we can only make assumptions from the bottom of the club transfer market, the rest will be seen when the EPL officially rolls around. The EPL will start on August 12 2023, the first match will present Burnley versus Man City. We will see if Pep Guardiola squad can take full points, after only a few of their mainstay players are left.
Agree that clubs that spend large amounts of money have the ambition to win trophies, at least finish in the Champions League zone. I'm a little curious about Newcastle next season, whether they can be included in the list of contenders for the title.

I agree with you. Only after the start of the season will it be known which club has been able to form a strong squad. Every club is trying their best to build a strong squad. And they spent a lot of money.

I had high expectations for Newcastle. After the change of ownership, the club is now considered to be the richest club in the Premier League. They have played great in the last season as well. and qualified for the Champions League. And so I thought they would surprise everyone by adding some star players to the squad next season. But Newcastle management does nothing like that. I don't know if their goal is to win the Premier League title. They may want to become more stable and then add star players to the squad.
