Is there a place to collect the lost bitcoins (I mean the private keys is lost,and the bitcoin in that special address stay there forever) 
I don't know which site can identify lost bitcoins (not moving) but so far I haven't found that, but someone else might know.I have 10 lost ,I lost them in 2011.the price in that year is less than $1😄
By 10 BTC do you mean you lost in 2011? That's $290K at current prices, but do you still remember the wallet it was in?And you?
I've never lost bitcoins because the private key was lost, always make a backup copy to keep the private key so it's really safe.
