I don't think also that Chelsea could compete Manchester City or United or Arsenal or even Liverpool this season. They made some signing to improve the quality of the players but this isn't enough. Management has to drive the team like Ten Hag did with Manchester United or Xavi with Barcelona.
Nevertheless we are waiting for them to show how much they improved. Hopefully they will not fail their fans this time.
