Is there a place to collect the lost bitcoins (I mean the private keys is lost,and the bitcoin in that special address stay there forever)

I have 10 lost ,I lost them in 2011.the price in that year is less than $1😄

According to my understanding, if you lost your private key, your bitcoin is gone forever this because no one can be able to spend the bitcoin in the wallet unless if someone has access to the private key.Is there a place to collect the lost bitcoins (I mean the private keys is lost,and the bitcoin in that special address stay there forever)
