Impossible rumor with Milan want to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli, I don't think Milan have enough money for paying 100 million euro or above from this values for paying fees transfer. Usually AC Milan is the teams interested for signing players not get regular position in their teams with lower fees transfer. Current Milan transfer activities, most player signing after their contract have been over and easily signing with free agent without paying transfer fees.
Victor Osimhen is a player that have a very huge price tag due to the scarcity of strikers and his outstanding performance last season both in Seria A and the Champions League, therefore, I don't also think that AC Milan will afford paying that huge amount of money for just one player even if they have the money because they have already signed some couple of players that will support the team in this coming season, therefore signing Osimhen is not really necessary for them.
