over 100 million euros. that's insane. Bayern München has never paid that much money for a star. i think that's a really big risk.
will Kane play as well as he did in England? will Kane stay healthy? and will Kane be as successful as Lewandowski?
many questions that no one can answer. if the deal goes through today or tomorrow, then we'll see in december whether this signing of Kane was worth it.
and.... congratulations to Leverkusen that Xabi Alsonso has extended his contract there until 2026. i think he is the right coach for the Leverkusen team...
It is a lot of money for a player who has newly become 30 years old. But Kane isn't a regular player on one hand. He is still very productive when it comes to scoring goals at this age. I feel like there is a Benzema vibe in Kane. I think Kane will also stay this productive for many more years. Hence I think Bayern Munich are doing the right thing by going for him.
However there is still a possibility that Levy can continue to be stubborn and doesn't let him go this summer. But can he disobey the owner's ultimatum about selling him this summer? I want to believe he won't do so. Kane deserves to win titles from now on. Maybe he has been loyal to his team so far but it must be the end of the road here.
Bayern's management has met with the owner of Tottenham and it is reported that they will give an ultimatum tottenham by looking for other alternatives if their last bid for Harry Kane is not fulfilled by Tottenham, Bayern also claims that Kane actually agreed to move to Bayern but until now it was all just a speculation.
tottenham still really want kane in the team, i doubt at the end of kane's contract, he will leave tottenham if bayern doesn't manage to get him, i think actually tottenham is just making it difficult for bayern to get kane, it's good for bayern to try to look at other great strikers.
Lots of conflicting opinions. Bayern buy Harry Kane is to throw money out the window. But that's not entirely true. Kane will replace Lewandowski. 30 years old still has time for him to conquer titles.
Bayern is hungry for the most significant contract this transfer season and is proving quite tough in the Harry Kane deal. Tottenham is making it difficult for Kane, obviously with what Kane has contributed to the team from London, now is a very suitable time to be able to set out in search of trophies, which Tottenham cannot do. Tottenham will have to rethink if they don't sell Kane. Tottenham can completely lose him next year without getting any money.
