Impossible rumor with Milan want to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli, I don't think Milan have enough money for paying 100 million euro or above from this values for paying fees transfer. Usually AC Milan is the teams interested for signing players not get regular position in their teams with lower fees transfer. Current Milan transfer activities, most player signing after their contract have been over and easily signing with free agent without paying transfer fees.
Its not difference level and player composition between Napoli and AC Milan, I think Victor Osimhen will prefer staying with Napoli than move to AC Milan will difficult chance winning scudetto next season.
I'm not underestimating Milan's financial capabilities if they really want to sign Osimhen, but it seems that the rumor is very irresponsible. Osimhen is likely to be better off playing for Napoli than moving to Milan, but it is always possible to find himself playing for another team outside of Serie A regardless of whether in the Arab Pro League or also maybe to France with PSG.

There is no problem Milan wanting to bring Victor Osimhen or not but there is no way he is willing to leave Napoli right now.. And I don’t see why a player will go from Napoli to Milan right now. Do not see this as an upgrade for that player. After all money is not everything. If he is able to perform well in his current team, with his current team, he will eventually get better contract. It is obviously not impossible for this to happen. We have seen weird things happen in football. But I have to say that this is certainly only a rumour and this does not have any strength behind it.
