It's always surprises me when people think the coming season will be the same as last season for Manchester City. They shouldn't forget that there are other tough clubs like Arsenal, Manchester United, and other teams that will also participate in the competition.
They are big clubs and always compete with each other. After a failed season, they will have more motivation to improve by the transfer market, coach position, pre season training and friendly matches to make their squads stronger. They will not easily to let their competitor to win titles again in a next season. Manchester City can win Premier League as they dominated it in the last six seasons and only lost in one season to Liverpool but the competition will become tougher for them after their treble wining past season.

I didn't have much expectation from Weghorst. He was just loaned to do a decent job and he couldn't even do that.
He was loaned because he had one excellent finish for Netherlands in World Cup 2022 and because Ten Hag is a Dutch coach. The striker quality does not match with a big club like Manchester United.

But when it comes to Sancho I can say that he has been a disappointment so far. Because there is not much left from his performance at Dortmund so far. He hasn't been able to meet the expectations in terms of contribution to scoring goals. I don't know maybe he would improve by this season but I won't be expectant much yet.
He did make big disappointment in Manchester United compares to what he shown in Dortmund. I don't know it is because of his weak mentality to deal with pressure or he just became less professional in Manchester United then lost his best performance or it is because of incapability of their coach to use Sancho with his best.
