I'm pretty sure, theoretically, Arsenal can beat Manchester City in the Premier League competition. apart from that, there are several other teams that will join the celebrations in the competitive competition in the coming season. So, let's just wait, because it won't be long before the 2023/2024 Premier League season will start again soon.

I don’t hope for it to remain theoretically but we want to see it practically. They should prove it to us that they’re competent for the premier league title next season. They shouldn’t allow a lot of people put hope in them and let it go at the final stage when the league is coming to an end already like they did last season. If they can repeat what they did last season, I’m sure they’ll be among the title contenders but their commitment to hold on to pressure will determine if they can win the league or not.

Therefore I say, that theoretically, Arsenal should be able to compete, even topple City with a more competitive squad. I mean in the Premier League, not about tomorrow's match between Manchester City vs Arsenal. why do I say that, because the 2023/2024 season league competition has not yet started. we can't say for sure, how Arsenal's performance when melakoni match after match. to prove it, we'll find out once the League has started.

So basically, everything we say is assumption and speculation, without exception. so like this, we won't know what obstacles will be faced by Arsenal when this competition has started. but referring to the statistics of the two players, Harvertz and Declan Rice should be players who are almost established. however, we haven't seen how they play, how the chemistry is formed, and what system Arteta will apply. Moreover, G.Jesus is certain to be absent for a while due to problems with his knee. there are only two options for a centre-forward, Nketiah or Trossard. yep, it all depends on Arteta's decision. apart from that, Arteta can implement a system in another pattern. but it all depends on the starting eleven they play for, and the team they play against.
For now, I say only based on opinion and speculation. because after all, this competition has not been rolled back. well, let's see how tough Arsenal are to play game by game after the competition starts.
