Not only in gambling, losing in anything in life is painful, whether it's a sports match that you are a part of, a competition that you were participating in, a gaming battle with a friend, or anything in general, when you win, you feel proud and happy, but when you lose, you feel remorse and sadness, but that is a part of our life and we will have to go through that throughout our lives until we die because there will always be challenges, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose.

When we talk about gambling, those who gamble to get profit would feel more remorse after losing because they see their source of earning money fading away, and those who gamble just for fun might not feel good if they lose but they won't have the same amount of remorse as the ones I mentioned above.
And that is completely understandable, it does not matter if the loss is inconsequential on the great scheme of things, losing is never an experience we want to go through, we just learn to deal with it, and this is true in gambling as well as even if we may not like to go through a losing session the fact that we will still have some winning sessions from time to time is what keeps people gambling regularly, however while those losses can be acceptable for a gambler that is just using their spare money and gambling for fun, such a thing has a completely different meaning for those that are actually trying to get profits while they gamble.
