From some of the criteria you mention, I think Barcelona has it, such as the mentality of the players, coaches and others. They have competent experience in the Champions League competition. I want to add a little, apart from mentality, experience and compactness that influence, the last there is luck which will also determine the journey of a club in conquer the Champions League title, including Barcelona.
The experience and mentality of Barcelona's players in the Champions League do exist and it will also still be there next season at Barcelona, but in the last two seasons Barcelona have often failed in the Champions League which maybe it's just that there hasn't been a luck factor for Barcelona. And next season I also want to see if the experience and mentality of the Barcelona team as a whole are still there, because other teams have the same thing when they play in the Champions League.
