Newcastle have gone from the bottom of the standings to the top 4 in just one season.... And they didn't have any superstars in the squad... That was a huge surprise from that team for me..... I would never have thought that this is possible, especially in the EPL where there are so many good clubs.... So in the Champions League there could be a surprise too..... I will hope so...
Anything is always possible as long as you have bunch of money. Newcastle was just proving that if the main thing that is needed by the club is just unlimited money. Liverpool signed 10 players last season and this club is still signing more players this season.
That has been showing us how money is making your team able to compete with the major clubs in EPL right now. Newcastle is very different since PIF was just acquiring newcastle last season.
As long as you have money and you have power to change everything in the world. Money is everything right now. I can't even deny that. Another league can be as big as EPL as long as they got big investors like EPL.
Look at how so many saudi clubs under PIF were doing massive transfers from the various clubs.
