Eddie Howe is an excellent coach. Newcastle were a bottom-of-the-table team. No one imagined that this team would qualify for the Champions League. Eddie Howe has been able to stabilize this team. Because of their owners near limitless resources I expected Newcastle to do more in the transfer market. Liverpool and Chelsea both had uncharacteristic bad seasons, I expect both teams to finish above Newcastle this season. Eddie Howe believes in going slow. I think Chelsea is worse than Liverpool despite only finishing for the Europa League, Chelsea has no competition in Europe.
Liverpool for me is now a little more recovered, I know it is still a possibility.
