Honestly I was expecting Manchester City to win this Community Shield title one way or another. I waited for a good competition at the beginning of the season of course. Because this was the first official game for both teams so I didn't expect so many goals. We were about to find out which side was readier than the other one.
Palmer's goal was really lovely and I thought the game was going to end by 1-0. But it was unbelievable that there was a stoppage time of more than 10 minutes and Trossard scored the equalizer in the last moments. This was the turning point for Arsenal as they won by 4-1 on penalties.
Even though I an Arsenal fan still did not expect Arsenal to win, I was quite impressed since it has become a situation where Arsenal is always been beating by manchester city, and both sides were ready, seriously I see Arsenal having a lot of goodies, and since the premier league will soon start. and from the shot out yesterday it was 4-3 arsenal is becoming a good contender for manchester city I think is high time other clubs become a good match for City, and the way things are going this season is not going t be easy for pep am very sure of that, congrats to arsenal once again winning the community shield, winning through a penalty shot out.
