Honestly I was expecting Manchester City to win this Community Shield title one way or another. I waited for a good competition at the beginning of the season of course. Because this was the first official game for both teams so I didn't expect so many goals. We were about to find out which side was readier than the other one.
Palmer's goal was really lovely and I thought the game was going to end by 1-0. But it was unbelievable that there was a stoppage time of more than 10 minutes and Trossard scored the equalizer in the last moments. This was the turning point for Arsenal as they won by 4-1 on penalties.
Like you before the start of the match I expected Manchester City to win this match but at the very end of the game Manchester City's luck did not help as they came very close to winning this match and lost.
When Manchester City scored against Arsenal in the 77th minute, I thought it might be a 1-0 game, but at the very end of extra time, the equation was thrown into disarray. L. Trossard's superb goal earns Arsenal a draw against Manchester City. Neither team managed to score against each other again after a draw against Manchester City.
The result of the match was later decided by penalties where Manchester City's players and goalkeeper proved themselves to be incompetent as Manchester City only managed to score one of the first four penalty shots against Manchester City which was a shame for Manchester City.
Before the start of the match everyone thought that Manchester City would win against you but it later took a horrible turn and Manchester City lost. Basically in most gambling sites ODDS gave small betting odds for Manchester City to win and increased betting odds for Arsenal where people mostly bet for Manchester City. Although Manchester City took the lead in the 77th minute, Arsenal scored another goal in stoppage time to draw the game. The game became more tense when the two teams drew and the game went to penalties due to no goals in extra time. As we know plenty is basically a matter of luck which I think really depends on luck. When penalties started they lost due to Manchester City conceding a goal Arsenal were essentially guaranteed to win on penalties. But manchester city is very weak in the plan due to which they lost the match, although there was a chance to win this match but it is really a shame that manchester city lost because of such a bad performance.
