After yesterday's match between Manchester City for the community shield Arsenal has shown that if you want to frustrate City you need to have solid defence that would mark out the key players of their team and that's what Saliba did to Halland he marked him closely and cut out the connection between him and the Midfield and Halland couldn't get good passes fr   m Debruyne, fantastic play from Arteta in reading the game and holding City to a penalty draw.
 If you notice halland had, zero goal, less dribble, several position lost and few touches and because he's currently their key player in getting the goal when he's marked out it becomes difficult for City to score more and cause pressure on opposition teams, Arsenal really needed this win more because they've been in need of a trophy and this win would boost the moral of players against the start of a new season nextweek and if they continue with this zeal and hunger to win games they'll become very strong contenders and perform alot better than the previous season.
