Therefore they are not very familiar with pitch and climatic conditions in countries such as West Indies. On the other hand, the West Indian players are very familiar with sub-continental conditions by now.
I disagree. Most of the players in the current lineup are experienced players(Kishan, Gill, Sky etc) and have played around the world which is why you are stating poor excuses to justify their bad performances.
On the other hand, West Indies performed admirably despite some of the players having little to no experience in any format.
