Harry Maguire is the player who makes the most individual mistakes at Manchester United. If a goal is scored as a result of his mistake, Onana gets very angry. When we empathize, everyone feels the same. Goalkeepers hate scoring goals and conceding a goal because of a mistake can make them angry. I hope Onana can show the success of his former team under the Manchester United jersey.
Maguire's time at Manchester United is up and maybe he's going to find his mojo back in another club or maybe not but it will be good news for United fans to see him finally leave. He has worked with 3 different coaches; OGS, Ralf Rangnick, ETH and none could get the best out of him, he's been partnered with different players but he's still making the same clumsy mistakes and causing United game points. After sealing the center forward deal last week, the next position that needs to be strengthened is the center back position. Manchester United can use the proceeds from Maguire's sales to get a better replacement, currently many names are been linked to the club but one player that has caught my eyes is Jean-Clair Todibo.
The fact that he was bought for that much money and even captained is still beyond crazy to me. That dude is not a good player and he does mistakes no defense should make and he should have been gone long time ago. Like for example if they sold him last summer, would that really made any difference? Like what did they get out of him all year long this summer? I do not think that they got anything major if you ask me at all, they got nothing out of keeping him.
So, it's good that he is leaving now, and I think they could focus on the defenders they have a lot better this way, getting rid of him as an option does make it easier to put more effort on who they have to be better and give them more time without a doubt.
