The problem in the case of limiting the gambling addict's access to gambling is quite difficult. Such a player himself constantly comes up with an obsessive thought that he needs to play and win back a loss or win and rejoice.
Not all people who are addicted to gambling are able to overcome themselves and at least temporarily, for example, for a week or two, simply do not turn on the computer at all. But if such a person turns on the computer, this already means that he will go to a site with a gambling game. And of course keep playing. So the difficulty of the situation lies in overcoming this first step. In my example, this is turning on the computer.
If addictions were already difficult to overcome before the internet became and integral part of our lives now this is even harder thanks to the internet, and this is not only a problem with gambling as now online casinos are everywhere and they follow you no matter where you go if you have a smartphone.
But this is even the case with drugs which can be easily accessed on the black markets or even on social media, and unless a person is completely convinced about trying to leave their life as an addicted person behind, then they will always find a way to go back to their former habits.
