I think this Kane transfer saga will impact the Tottenham squad if it drags on. This is not unlike Mbappe transfer which continues to stick out and continues to be associated with Madrid. Bayern Munchen offer has been rejected three times, meaning that Tottenham are prepared to lose their assets on a free transfer next season.
Most recently Tottenham lost 4-0 against Barcelona in the Joan Gamper Final, which interestingly left Kane out of action. Of course this is a strong reason why Kane is very useful at Tottenham, without his presence on the pitch Tottenham attack line looks normal.
The bad impact that will be experienced by Tottenham may be that Kane will not play optimally next season due to disappointment over Tottenham decision which seemed to hinder his departure to Bayern Munich. Another impact is that Tottenham are in danger of losing Kane for nothing when his contract expires next season.
Tottenham must be more realistic with Kane current situation, they cannot hold him any longer because his contract will expire soon. Kane will show his displeasure with Tottenham by not playing optimally if the transfer process fails. this attitude is a form of protest made by players when the club hinders his departure to a bigger club and can give him a chance to win a trophy.
