Bitcoin offer more security and privacy than traditional  currency transactions.

The security of bitcoin and its privacy is highly dependent on the user, bitcoin is pseudonymous and if not used properly can breach the security and privacy rules. The use of exchanges for with KYC requirements is a clear example of this.

Sometimes I wonder about the fluctuation of Bitcoin does it not make it not predictable at any time? could there be an economic plan around it. I stand to be corrected i am just stretching my thought.

Yes its volatility actually makes it harder to be easily predictable because it is not centralized and can’t be easily manipulative. But there are predictions that are close to getting the right one. Most of these predictions are specifically based on its past trend. Example is the regularly bull run usually speculated or predicted to happen during every halving period and subsequently a bear period that proceeds it.

I'm surprised you overlooked Bitcoin's biggest advantages, which are its censorship resistance and the ability to send money to anyone anywhere at any time.

Aside privacy, this certainly the biggest flex of bitcoin against other currencies. The ability to use it for inter boarder transactions without having to go through various hassles of the bank for fiat currency conversion is a major advantage over fiat currency.

There is nothing preventing the creation of a protocol on top of Bitcoin that implements chargebacks.

Yes bitcoin is certainly not immune to some certain changes or what is called forks. But not like fiat with central body, it needs the consensus before it’s implementation rather than imposing it on the community like the fiat currency
