Harry Kane also should force his way out, Tottenham has kept him stagnant for so long. Another talented player that need leave is Son
Harry Kane's not going anywhere once the season starts - he said so himself. And since Bayern can't get their act together, partially due to Daniel Levy being such an incredible negotiator, he's most likely not going to end up there - 95% chance.
Why would he force a move when he doesn't want to at the moment? He's leaving for free next year anyway - unless Spurs finally win a trophy (that is not the UCL!)
Harry Kane wants to decide his future before the season starts. He does not wish to renew with Tottenham, and A move to Bayern Munich was not agreed upon. Therefore, he asked the Bayern Munich side to come to a final agreement. And this development puts Harry Kane in a dilemma. Bayern Munich is very determined to recruit Harry Kane. They were rejected by Tottenham 3 times but persisted in this deal. Bayern still considers Kane the number 1 priority in the transfer.
I believe Bayern will continue to make offers with increased amounts. But they need to be quick. When the season starts, maybe Kane will flip the bet.
