Two new recruits from West Ham, each worth £30 million, finally officially reached an agreement with their respective clubs. First there is James Ward-Prowse who has been a target for quite some time for West Ham and he was a pretty good midfielder last season for Southampton. He is a midfielder and also a freekick specialist, surely West ham are very happy for the midfield strengthened by his arrival.
The second is the former Manchester United captain, Harry Maguire, and after going through a rather tough negotiation process, Manchester United finally agreed to accept the fee offer from West Ham. This will be a turning point for Harry Maguire with West Ham after he is no longer believed to be in the main Red Devils squad. West Ham have been busy cooking this summer and they are trying to aim for something new besides winning the conference league title last term.
James Ward-Prowse is no doubt going to be a great addition to the Hammers squad. He's a special player, a free kick specialist and whenever he's taking a free kick against my team, my heart is always in mouth. Good business from WestHam United if you ask me and he's going to help step up the midfield. I cannot say the same thing about Harry Maguire, actually I don't know what David Moyes or any manager sees in him that they would want to hire him. He has be ridiculed, laughed at, insulted, booed many times over his poor defending, so the move to Westham United is a fresh start for him and I hope he gets his career back on track.
