Is bad or good news for Manchester United fans losing their captain after Harry Maguire reach agreement deal leaves United and join West Ham United next season. But still not clear with this negotiation process although West Ham United reach agreement with 30 million transfer fees because Maguire have much expensive salary around 190k pound each week. I don't think West Ham United want to pay the same salary receiving by Harry Maguire with Manchester United, have find winning solution for Maguire cut off few percent of his salary and get back regular position.
Not really bad joining with West Ham United next season, participants in Europe League after automatically qualify trough winning Conference League is good chance for Harry Maguire still can play on Europe competition.
I know people may see this deal as a ridiculous deal,but one thing I know for sure is that change is something constant,but we might see a new Maguire at WestHam because the player himself has faced so many criticism of recent.WestHam knows the reason why they bought him,and I believe he might just go on to be one of the best defenders in the world.I know the main reason why Manchester United had to let him go is because he is prone to causing own goal.but I still believe that he is a good defenders.
WestHam will be looking for experienced players that can take the team to a different height,and Maguire is the kind of players they want because he possess variety of experience at that defence,and after they lose Rice to Arsenal, Maguire can just step up to be their next captain.
