But still not clear with this negotiation process although West Ham United reach agreement with 30 million transfer fees because Maguire have much expensive salary around 190k pound each week. I don't think West Ham United want to pay the same salary receiving by Harry Maguire with Manchester United, have find winning solution for Maguire cut off few percent of his salary and get back regular position.
