It's natural to feel remorse after you lose in gambling because you're a human, you have emotion so don't over think bro. It's normal. Who doesn't regret when he loses money in his gambling? I think no one feels happy to lose some or bigger money in gambling.

Maybe just limit your money to use in gambling so you won't feel that bad or upset because you have budget and already have made up your mind that you may win or lose
It is true that no one likes losing at anything, but at the same time if the loss is on the small side and we were honest about our chances of obtaining any profits after a gambling session then this would not generate any kind of regret, those which experiment those feelings are the ones that used too much money to gamble and now they cannot afford some of their most basic needs anymore due to all the money they lost, and as such they now know they will have a difficult time getting by until they get their next paycheck.
I don't think any money is small when one loss as a result of gambling, and I think this guilt comes after when you lose again despite previous deciding not to gamble again.I can say this because I am an example or a victim to this situation.I often regret anytime I lose because it isnt my wish to be gambling, but I just can't resist the urge when it comes inside me.It is true that there is a spirit that follows gambling, that untill you play and lose your money, you won't have rest of mind.
Everybody goes through this feeling of guilt after  loosing, and it is the reason why people commit suicide after a game has been decided that it is a lose.Overall,I don't just like gambling and I have made a strong decision not to gamble any more, but the problem is how long can I stay without it.I havent decided it,just trying to have a strong stand on what I have said.
