And compromise me borther i have read your last comment to me and i am searching on it and i will provide some ahadees or ayat. Baki as i said ma koi mualm nhi hoon as jo hoty hain unhy to bohat si ahadees or ayat yaad hoty hain lekin mujhy research krni padhy gi. As, in today date i might not wear tawiz.
Fasial  bahi aj Kal nhi ye phely b pehna dorost nhi tha  me roshi dalta Hun ,Quran pak ka behtrien  istamal hamray hazrat muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam Sy zayada or koi nhi Janta AP sallallahu alaihi wasallam ny kabi b qurani ayat ka Tawiz bana kar nhi deya zar c bat hai Sahaba Akram b bimar hoty thy un k bechy b bimar hoty thy un k bechon par b mushkalat ati thi par AP sallallahu alaihi wasallam  ny kabi b qurani ayat ka Tawiz bana kar nhi diya lahaza bat ye hai agar koi Kam sonat Sy sabati nhi hai agar ham wo Kam karty hain to AP sab janty hain agar koi Kam Amal sonaty nabvi Sy sabati nhi hota wo nhi Karna chahiye aur os Sy bachna he chahiye .

Aap me se kafi logo ne neend ma chalne ke bare ma suna hoga . Neend mma chlna kuch log es ko adat mante hain tu kuch log ess ko bemari kehte ha , ke es ko neend ma chalne ki bemari ha Grin Grin. Per hame ye nahe pata hota ke ayssa q hota ha. Essi trah kuch log soo rahe hote hain aur achank un ko aysa feel hota ha ke wo kessi unchii jagha se geer gaye hain halanke wo serf neend ma hota ha , Es se bande achank bedaar hota ha aur jab khud ko tek pataa tu pir sojata ha . Ab ye kessi ko nahe pata ke aysa body ya mind ma kia activity ho jati ha.
Neend mein chalna ek bimari nahi hosakti science ny is ko somnambulism ya sleepwalking k name Sy  jaani jaati hai. Ye aksar stress, thakan ya neend ki poori tarah se na aane ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Isse bachne ke liye aapko apni neend ki quality ka dhyaan rakhna chahiye aur stress ko kam karne ki koshish karni chahiye.
