It appears that posting in the forum can indeed expedite the process. I'm glad to hear that you were able to recover your funds. Once more, Cloudbet has demonstrated its legitimacy as a gambling site by effectively addressing any complaints that have been raised on the forum. As of now, the
account is still clean.
Cloudbet forum account is not active since January so it’s very hard to determine whether his issue was resolved because of this thread or his waiting is already the exact time frame for cloudbet to resolve the issue.
I think this thread can only serve as a warning and at the same time hope for anyone that encounter same issue to cloudbet to just be patient on waiting and keep updating the support about their issue. Cloudbet preferred to answer all their issue through there platform btw.
