Yap, sadly no one really knows about the forum.

Offline with a few hours already made customers mad especially on (Casino/Exchange) for a service related to (money). Their reputation is already over, even they can comeback. Most users will try to withdraw all of their money, made the withdraw delay with several reason & will got liquidity problems.

If they are really want to develop the site, they should opened only for (withdraw) interface and only stop the service. Can't imagine, someone losing a lot and have money left on the site (can't even withdraw it/access).
