Right now it looks too easy and obvious answers.
You can always increase or lower payrate in your campaigns and change things a lot.I intentionally wanted to keep this first Game of Thrones ending this month, that is connected with recent changes in Mixtum campaign.
You have enough time to challenge icopress and other managers
These are just some idea, feel free to improve yourself :-)
I think this will make the game more interesting as the participants really needs to do their analysis and post their prediction.

Highest paying in what? weekly individual total or weekly total payment of the campaign. If you are meaning the weekly total payment for a week then it's interesting but weekly individual total is easy to predict.
I am counting individual rewards first, but some campaigns have complicated calculations so I will have to add total payments and maximum number of posts in calculation.Again if this is for individual then I think easy to predict.
If it is so easy to predict go ahead and do it, but remember that one guy will win who post correct prediction first, and other managers can always change payrates in next two weeks 
I guess you are meaning total weekly payment in a campaign then again it sounds like very similar to #1
I am only taking highest paying campaigns from all managers.I will try to clarify rules for next rounds, Game of Thrones is young project
