People who are tied up in WOLF are getting impatient and selling for both liquidity and because it's unclear whether phase two will ever happen. There was the chance yesterday when someone bought up past the dev price for everyone who pledged to actually get it moving and put up the first buy walls, but that chance passed. And unless action is taken, there might not be that opportunity again.
