I wrote a message on their telegram-group (for the victim, at least created a thread) but the message are getting deleted by the admin. Not even more than 24 hours for the message, basically they have time to delete & banned people's account who are complain to them but don't have time or give clarification for the use.

What do you mean by "wants & discourage them"? Off-course they should back because some money people are stuck in their site because cannot get access & withdraw it. We discourage them because they deserve it, and no need to talk about the reputation because what they did already running their reputation:
- Closing a site without a warning first
- Not giving customer choice for have time to withdraw their money before make update
- Not giving any information at all
- Stay silence with really a long time
- Deleted message on their community group & banned account, that's mean they have a time to do that but don't have any time for make clarification?
