PS: I think you need a rule to restrict the managers to join this game otherwise they will fix the game and will bankrupt the house :-P
Campaign managers are excluded from this challenge 
We can never be 100% safe from some multi-accounting fraud/hidden partnerships ..
but I think managers can not do very much all alone without the implication advertisers in this case precisely !
