So an update just occurred. A man has contacted me on Kaspa Discord - the CEO of coinpal.io

He made an investigation for me locally (in Hong Kong) with the information provided in this thread. He was able to help them locate the payment and my order has been changes from "on hold" to "waiting for delivery".

I will post future updates here on that process.
