I'm not sure if the rep from blackjack.fun saw your message. They were active on the forum a few days ago, but it seems like they haven't acknowledged your request yet. I get that account recovery with failed 2FA can be tough. They need to make sure it's a legit request, which likely takes time. Why didn't you save your 2FA backup key though?
Still, it would be nice if they could at least respond to your question. I wouldn't give up just yet if I were you. Wait until you hear back from their support.
