If you sent in a transaction from a certain account. You can show proof of owning that transaction and request to use a new account if your old account got banned or lost.


I have the same problem. About a week ago I could not log in to my BTT account. I thought that it was hacked. But it was possible to change the password through the "forgot password". Mail is not compromised, there is a strong password. The mail came a link that set a new password. Old password contains 10 characters (I know it's bad). New password contains 30 characters. But after a few days, this password is also flew. Through the "forgot password" I have become the password of 80 characters. Let's see what happens. What's this? Bans or an attacker?
