It's not impossible, but it has a very small probability. There is no such thing as a regular and sure win in gambling and the more you bet, the more you are likely to lose. You should not see gambling as a sure way to win. You should only see gambling as a form of entertainment. If you want to make a good investment and protect your money against inflation, you can invest in gold, cryptocurrencies and stocks, but it is very unlikely that you will make regular and certain money gambling. Instead of seeing gambling as a source of income, please see it as a form of entertainment.
IMO I think this is impossible and even if there is a small chance as you said it is only purely in the luck of the draw some days not every day.
The context of getting an income of $100 / day from gambling is impossible even with the huge capital you have I think this is still impossible because we cannot force to be lucky every day.
We must be realistic in this case even if we do have a large capital but making gambling a business and income every day as a gambling player is not possible to happen.
