I don't like Telegram gambling games, but I tried a few of them... everything was fine, but for me, there's no excitement. Maybe it's just me, I enjoy some other games a lot more...

So I doubt there is a catch here... but who will play the "telegram bot game"? With so many good casinos around that have so many games...
